Ndam Albright is a biomedical engineer, creative writer, and spoken word artist committed to advancing healthcare accessibility through innovative, low cost technologies. Her work blends technical expertise with creativity and human centered thinking, allowing her to design impactful biomedical solutions while inspiring others through storytelling and public speaking.
Albright completed her Ordinary and Advanced Levels at Government Bilingual High School Atiela before pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Equipment Maintenance at the National Higher Polytechnic Institute (NAHPI), where she graduates in 2025. Her academic journey has equipped her with strong technical skills, leadership, and hands on experience in designing and maintaining biomedical systems.
She has completed multiple internships that strengthened her practical abilities and deepened her understanding of healthcare challenges. At Bamenda Regional Hospital and Bafoussam Regional Hospital, she gained foundational experience in biomedical equipment standards, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Her training at SUHTRONICS Academy enhanced her skills in electronics, programming, and PCB design, while her role at Gima Bambot Healthcare Ltd. exposed her to field operations and dialysis equipment servicing across regional hospitals.
Beyond engineering, Albright is a passionate communicator who uses writing and spoken word to educate, motivate, and advocate for change. She aims to fuse innovation, empathy, and creativity to build scalable healthcare solutions for underserved communities.
