Lem Meklia is a dedicated community development advocate and education professional with strong experience in coordination, research, and inclusive development. She currently serves as the Field Coordinator at the Coordinating Unit of Associations of Persons with Disabilities (CUAPWD) Bamenda, a role she has held since 2022. In this position, she leads field operations, supports project implementation, and works closely with communities to promote the rights, inclusion, and well being of persons with disabilities. Her work involves mobilizing stakeholders, coordinating outreach efforts, and ensuring that program activities align with organizational goals.
Alongside her coordination responsibilities, Meklia has been a Secretary at YEKOV FOUNDATION since 2023, where she handles administrative tasks, documentation, logistics, and field activities. Her ability to manage both organizational and operational responsibilities makes her a valuable asset in environments that require structure, communication, and strategic support.
Meklia holds an academic background from the University of Bamenda, where she studied from 2018 to 2022. Her training and hands-on experience have strengthened her capacity in research, community engagement, and program support.
