Ebenezer Tanko Fai is a multidisciplinary creative, entrepreneur, and youth advocate passionate about design, innovation, and community development. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology at the University of Bamenda, where he continues to sharpen his technical and leadership skills. Ebenezer’s journey began in 2019 as a Graphic Designer at Maranathon Company Ltd, where he spent over two years developing strong competencies in visual communication, brand identity, and creative problem solving. His ability to design user centered, visually compelling solutions laid the foundation for his career in the creative industry.
In 2021, Ebenezer launched Believe Printhouse, a growing graphic design and printing company in Bamenda. As CEO, he leads a team dedicated to producing high quality branding and print solutions for clients across various sectors. His entrepreneurial role has strengthened his capabilities in team leadership, strategic planning, and client relations.
Beyond business, Ebenezer is a youth mentor at Oppnergy, guiding young people through career development, digital skills training, and personal growth. A YALI RLC Accra alumnus, he embraces collaboration, continuous learning, and impactful leadership. His work reflects a commitment to empowering young people and using creativity to drive meaningful change.
