Ambesi Pieranne Mankaa is a passionate HealthTech promoter and biomedical engineering advocate committed to advancing medical technology awareness among young women in Cameroon. She is the Founder of Med Techies Cameroonian Women in Biomedical Engineering, where she leads initiatives in leadership development, social media communication, and community engagement.
With over three years of experience as a Content Creator at Check Me, Ambesi has developed strong skills in content writing, digital marketing, and hybrid content production. She currently serves as a Digital Marketing Intern at Uni B Agency, where she contributes to content strategy and production while expanding her expertise in digital communication.
Ambesi also brings hands on technical skills from her role as an Engineer Intern at Saint Blaise Catholic Hospital Bamenda, participating in biomedical equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. In addition, she volunteers as a Marketing Assistant for Her Blueprint Africa, supporting leadership and digital outreach projects.
She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Equipment Maintenance from the National Higher Polytechnic Institute Bamenda, where she actively participated in women-in-tech communities such as Women TechMakers, GDG Bamenda, and GDSC. Ambesi is dedicated to merging technology, healthcare, and communication to inspire and empower the next generation of MedTech innovators.
