Njapah Albright is a passionate and purpose driven young leader committed to advancing healthcare through innovation, service, and community empowerment. With a strong interest in medical technology, she believes that improving healthcare systems begins with accessible, efficient, and technology driven solutions. Her work is inspired by the vision of contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those focused on good health, quality education, and reduced inequalities.
She currently serves as Summer Academy Coordinator at Open Dreams, where she helps organize school visits, support academic programs, mentor students, and foster environments that encourage creativity, discipline, and excellence among young scholars. Her leadership extends to her roles with Youth On Purpose Cameroon and Youth Empowerment Cameroon, where she has contributed to volunteer coordination, event planning, communication, and youth engagement.
Beyond her professional commitments, she is an active volunteer with organizations such as Smiles Africa and Open Dreams, supporting children, education, and community development initiatives. She enjoys working with young people, researching medical advancements, cooking as a form of relaxation, and exploring ways technology can improve medical care.
She just had her Bachelor’s at the University of Bamenda and is awaiting graduation, biomedical engineering and medical equipment maintenance and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at the American University of Beirut, she remains committed to learning and to contributing to projects that bridge the gap between healthcare and technology. Her long term goal is to create impactful solutions that enhance medical care and empower communities.
